1st annual THRIVE meeting
The first annual meeting of THRIVE was held online on February 6, 2025, bringing together all Consortium partners, and members of the External Advisory Board.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review the project’s first-year achievements and discuss plans for the future. Innovation Acta facilitated the organization of the meeting and presented updates on project management, as well as dissemination and communication activities.
1st Understanding Cluster Meeting
The first annual meeting of the Understanding Cluster – Tumor-Host Interactions was succesfully organised in Barcelona on January 31, 2025, hosted by THRIVE and IDIBAPS. Innovation Acta played a key role in organizing the meeting and actively contributing to discussions on the key topics covered by the meeting.
This milestone event marked a key step in our collective mission to unravel the complexities of tumor-host interactions and drive innovation in cancer research. Representatives from all six projects within the Cluster (THRIVE, MULTIR, GLIOMATCH, ARTURO, SPACETIME) and the HaDEA Project Officer Marianne Da Silva came together for insightful discussions on critical topics, including:
Data Management and Sharing
Communication and Dissemination
Research and Innovation
Addressing Inequalities
Citizen and Patient EngagementThrough inspiring keynotes, engaging panel discussions, and collaborative networking sessions, we explored new opportunities to accelerate progress and maximize the impact of our research. We look forward to building on this momentum and continuing our journey toward meaningful scientific advancements
Thrive at the EASL Congress 2024
From June 5 to 8, 2024, Milan, Italy, hosted the EASL Congress 2024, which stands out as Europe's largest event in hepatology. The congress attracted over 7,000 professionals, including clinicians, researchers, allied health professionals, patient representatives, and industry experts.THRIVE had the opportunity to present the project, engage with professionals in the area, and disseminate our initial findings to the EASL attendees.
